Get The Mobile App
Open Download App to install the Android POS app on a new device.
Result: Cashiers and managers can start selling from that device.
Stay Within Your Plan
Each plan includes a device allowance; registering more triggers an additional per-device charge automatically.
Result: No surprise blocks -- extra devices are billed, not refused.
Recommended Workflow
- Open Dashboard > Application Settings.
- Install the app on a new device via Download App.
- Log in on that device, then approve its registration request in Devices.
- Suspend or reactivate a device from here if it's lost, reassigned, or returned.
Best Practices
- De-register or suspend a device as soon as it's lost, stolen, or retired -- don't wait for the next audit.
- Keep device names/labels meaningful (e.g. by branch or till number) so approving the right one is easy.
- Check your device count against your plan's included allowance before adding several devices at once.
Operational Notes
Devices Is Admin-Only
Only an admin can approve, suspend, or reactivate registered devices.
Device Overage Is Billed Automatically
Exceeding your plan's included device count doesn't block registration -- it adds a per-device charge to your next bill instead.
